Velours in Numbers

5+ Years of expertise in luxury resale
1,000+ Pieces sold to happy customers
10,000+ Items sourced, inspected & authenticated
€20,000+ Personal collection built from scratch

Velours started with a passion, not a business plan. Emeric began buying and selling second-hand items over five years ago — vintage video games, clothing, consoles — anything with a story worth saving. It all started at flea markets and brocantes around La Rochelle, France, his parents driving him from one to the next on weekends. That curiosity grew into a collection now estimated at over €20,000, and a deep conviction that second-hand done right is something special.

Louis and Emeric met at the same high school in La Rochelle. When Louis joined as co-founder, the vision became bigger. Two people with the same obsession — finding exceptional pieces, understanding their value, and connecting them with the right person. Since then, they haven't stopped learning, sourcing, and refining what Velours stands for.

Today, Velours is more than a resale store. It's a commitment to giving exceptional pieces a second life — at a fraction of their original price. Pre-owned luxury isn't a compromise. It's a smarter, more conscious way to own something truly beautiful.
